To book our Mobile IV Lounge you must schedule an appointment in advance. In office walk-ins are available (coming soon) although we do recommend booking your appointment in advance so we can maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all clients. .
Fill Out Standard Paper Work
Before we begin, you must fill out our standard waiver and health history questionnaire.
